Addressing the newly appointed candidates, CM Yogi Adityanath highlighted the scale of employment opportunities created in Uttar Pradesh over the past nine years. According to the Chief Minister, more than 9.30 lakh young people have secured government jobs in the state during this period.

The government has been focusing on streamlining recruitment procedures, improving transparency and ensuring that eligible candidates receive employment opportunities without unnecessary delays. The appointment of Technical Assistants and Mandi Secretaries is expected to strengthen administrative and agricultural-market management systems at the grassroots level.

The Chief Minister said the upcoming recruitment drive will further expand employment opportunities for the state’s youth. The target of providing one lakh government jobs within six months is aimed at accelerating the recruitment process and strengthening manpower across government institutions.

The initiative also forms part of the broader state strategy to promote youth participation in governance and improve public service delivery. By filling vacant positions through transparent selection processes, the government seeks to enhance administrative efficiency while creating stable employment opportunities for qualified youth.

The latest appointments underline the Uttar Pradesh government’s stated commitment to merit-based recruitment, institutional capacity building and employment-led governance. The proposed six-month recruitment target is expected to give further momentum to the state’s ongoing efforts to connect young people with government employment and strengthen service delivery mechanisms.
